How is Baby Gronk used?

Where did Baby Gronk come from?
The nickname compares Madden San Miguel with former NFL tight end Rob Gronkowski. It became a major internet meme in 2023 after a viral commentary video discussed Baby Gronk meeting Livvy Dunne at LSU and claimed that she had 'rizzed him up.'
