About these terms
These terms apply to genalphadictionary.com and the Gen Alpha Dictionary publishing tools (together, the Service). “We,” “us,” and “our” mean Gen Alpha Dictionary. Informational content
We explain slang, memes, and internet culture for informational and educational purposes. Meanings, origins, examples, and trend rankings can change and may vary between communities. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every entry is complete, current, or error-free. Describing a term does not endorse its use or the behavior it describes. Some entries discuss offensive or mature language; readers and caregivers should use their judgment.
Using the Service
You may browse, share links, and use the Service for lawful personal and educational purposes. Do not use it to harass others, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions, or access accounts or systems without permission. Do not send personal information about children or other sensitive information through our contact form.
Content and intellectual property
Our original writing, designs, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not claim ownership of slang words, facts, or third-party material. Corrections and submissions
If you submit a correction, suggestion, or example, submit only material you have the right to share. You retain any rights you hold in your submission and give us a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to review, edit, and incorporate it into the Service. We are not required to publish a submission. This permission does not authorize us to publish your private contact details; our Privacy Policy explains how contact information is handled.
TikTok and social publishing tools
Our publishing tools support the creation and delivery of Gen Alpha Dictionary videos to authorized social-media accounts. Connecting an account is optional and requires authorization from someone entitled to manage that account. You must meet the platform’s age and eligibility requirements, follow its terms and community rules, and hold the necessary rights to any content you submit.
In TikTok upload mode, a video is sent to the authorized account’s TikTok inbox for review and completion in TikTok; uploading does not itself publish the video publicly. Availability, processing, approval, and distribution depend on TikTok. You can revoke the connection through TikTok’s app-permission settings. Gen Alpha Dictionary is independent of, and is not sponsored or endorsed by, TikTok or other linked platforms.
External services and purchases
The Service may contain advertising, affiliate links, and links to external websites. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. Purchases on external sites are transactions with the relevant seller, whose pricing, delivery, returns, and other terms apply. We do not control third-party websites, services, or their content, and a link is not a guarantee of their products or practices.
Privacy
Please read our Privacy Policy for information about analytics, advertising, cookies, contact submissions, and third-party services. Connected social platforms also process information under their own policies.
Availability and responsibility
We may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access that violates these terms. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the Service.
